Shipping:

DOMESTIC:

We ship PAN India.

Please refer to each product page for the shipping timeline. You will be notified by email on the dispatch of your purchase. Tracking numbers will be shared and the package can be tracked online. Once shipped, your order is delivered by our shipping partners within 1-7 working days, depending on the destination. We try to deliver your orders on priority but delivery time depends on the destination.

 

Standard Shipping Rate

Shipping rate is calculated at checkout by product weight.

Please write to us, if you want to order or customise products in bulk for gifting, weddings or any celebrations.

For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, please drop us an e-mail at namaste@p16studio.com. We will be happy to guide you through the process.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

We ensure high quality and craftsmanship in our products. Every product shipped from our studio goes through thorough quality inspection.

We do not offer returns/exchanges and refunds on products delivered in perfect condition. 

​

In the event that you have received an incorrect product that doesn’t match with the ordered product, we will be happy to exchange your product.

​

Every brush stroke and dab of colour is unique, therefore there may be slight shade and stroke variation in the handpainted illustrations, making each piece special. Each one is an act of love.

 

The handmade products are created with love and expertise, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation may occur between products.

​

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement / exchange the product for a different product of the same value / refund your order amount within 21 working days after we receive the product at our studio, following an inspection & quality check.

We request you to write to us in detail with supporting images of the defect, your order details and contact information within 24 hours of delivery to thep16studio@gmail.com

We’d request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original documents including tags.

Once we have received your returned product, we will notify you via email upon the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If your product has been damaged during transit, please email us at thep16studio@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery from Monday–Friday, 11 AM–7 PM (IST) with your order details (order number, date and amount), contact information and delivery address with supporting images of the damaged product. We will respond to you at the earliest within business hours with a solution and will have a reverse pick up arranged within 7-10 working days.

 

p16’.studio reserves the right to inspect the products before processing returns, exchanges and refunds.

Cancellation:

 

We are a small company and our ethos is not to produce in bulk. Most of the orders are made in a limited quantity or made to order. So we do not accept cancellation of orders.
